Hey funsters. It's official. I will be in Wales (Cardiff) for January and February 2013. I plan to visit other areas of the UK, and I have a Welsh cousin (a tad younger than me) who is living in Glasgow.

What is silly and touristy in Wales besides the Welsh themselves? My mother was born and raised in Cardiff and I am going to stay with her cousin and her husband. I plan to look for some work while I am there as well.

Perhaps I could meet some of you from the UK? I plan to record-shop, do all the toursity stuff (changing of the guard, that kind of thing) and making a PILGRIMAGE to Liverpool for obvious reasons.

I still have a Welsh uncle by marriage, who is still living.

WWII combat vet and tough as nails, the old coot is.

I am going to miss him when he is not here anymore.
