Not too far north of me is small city called "Livingston" where the huge "Foster Farms" chicken plant is. Anyway, a few days ago a story broke out that a female teacher seduced a fifteen-year-old boy into sex. She was his mentor in the school, and she evidently blackmailed and threatened him if he "ever told" on her.

Well she was "arrested" and the bail was set at 400K. Trial date was to be set. The penalty in California is a minimum of twelve years in state prison.

This morning on KJO (Fresno news / talk) a report comes up about this teacher.

Her attorney claimed that the set bail broke her Constitutional rights of being "too excessive"
The "Judge" in Merced County lowered the bail to 25K

She is now free until the trial, and Merced County School's decided to "keep her on salary, but put her in administrative support until the outcome of the trial"

Her attorney also is trying to work a "deal" where IF convicted, the jail term be lowered to six months to a year because she is a "working, single mom" and has a small child to take care of. And, putting her on a sex-offenders list would be "unjust"

In Clovis Unified Schools three weeks earlier........

A man was accused of a sex crime with a teenage girl (14). He is still in "jail" until the trial because he cannot afford the 500K bail. His teachers' union and the Clovis Unified School Board "terminated" him. The Judge in Fresno decreed there would be "no plea deal" and the man would have to register as a sex offender, after sentence served.

Why wasn't the woman given the same charges as this man rightfully deserved to get?????????????????

I'm really upset at this......I am tired of everyone "tee-heeing" over stuff like this when it happens to a teenage boy......all the late-night showes make jokes like "He was probably really into it"

while if it is a teenage girl "she was PREYED upon, and it must have been forced"

You know, the judge in this case involving the female teacher didn't even give her a "lecture" aboiut appropriate behavior with a student, didn't even say "stay away from the plantiff and his family"

the morons we have in charge of the state who can't separate themselves impartially from their evolutionarily derived instincts that are no longer applicable, whilst making judgements that have profound effects on people's lives.

Because the judge is another mangina. I hope this country goes down in flames, soon. Women have been given WAY too
much power, and its going to lead to a downfall/collapse sooner or later.

Next time I get called up for jury duty I am going to inform the court that I am MGTOW and I will vote any woman guilty for all charges, no matter what.

Contrary to popular belief, people just get sent packing when the attorneys hear things like that, not in contempt of court.

The law was originally designed to keep older men away from teenaged girls, not to keep older women away from teenaged boys. The people who requested and made the laws were still human beings with base instincts, and they wanted (maybe or maybe not consciously) their sons to get any free pussy they could, while keeping all the other dicks out of their daughters' pussies.

Back in the old days, an older man, whose social skills were far superior to a teenaged boy's because of his longer life and experience, might be in position to seduce an underaged girl, knock her up and then walk away, which would cause embarrassment to her family and render her nearly worthless as marriage material. By contrast, a teenaged boy who got into an older woman's pants took no meaningful risks, except for the possibility of venereal disease. If anything, it was experience or an initiation for him, the lucky bastard. The woman involved was considered old enough to know what she was doing, even if that was risking pregnancy or violating the suffocating moral code of the day.

I'm not saying it's right or justified, but this is how it was, and still how it is. The attitude is still with us today, whether we as a society want to admit it or not.
