Twice a day.

"Childhood is looked upon as the happiest time of life. Is that always true? No, only a few have a happy childhood. The idealization of childhood originated in the old literature of the privileged. A secure, affluent, and unclouded childhood, spent in a home of inherited wealth and culture, a childhood of affection and play, brings back to one memories of a sunny meadow at the beginning of the road of life. The grandees of literature, or the plebeians who glorify the grandees, have canonized this purely aristocratic view of childhood. But the majority of the people, if it looks back at all, sees, on the contrary, a childhood of darkness, hunger and dependence."

Once I started brushing my teeth 6 times a day, and the number of IOIs I started receiving from hot 9+ models was unbelievable!

Three times a day, each after every main meal. Isn't three the times you are actually "supposed" to do it?

three to four times daily. I floss once per day, and see the dentist 2x per year!

only one cavity!

My mother had very poor dental care growing up, she was the one who instilled this route dental care into my brain. Yeah, my mom had really bad teeth.

When I have the gumption, three times a day plus flossing, but most days it's twice plus a floss.
